Newly managed by the Belhasa Group, they had high ambitions to evolve & modernize the space whilst keeping to 24 Fitness' core values. Namely, a place for the best of the best of Dubai's personal trainers to offer the highest level of training in a friendly, clean and professional environment.

What makes 24 Fitness different from other gyms?

We like to think of 24 as the home of personal training in Dubai. We allow access to only the best trainers. This keeps the overall level of training very high whilst giving piece of mind to the client.

We also give our trainers the support they need to build their businesses. From advice and learning materials to proving dedicated studio space. This has led to some incredible PT created classes that differ from the standard classes you get at big box gyms.
