Who are We?

Al Mahara Diving Center is a premiere PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center locally owned and operated by our enthusiastic team of experienced sea dwelling dive professionals.  Many on our team have been teaching for more than 15 years and are highly respected diving instructors.

We also offer mangrove kayaking, swimming training, lifeguard training within our swim club, marine sports including boat cruising, deep sea fishing, island sea tours. 

We have a passion and focus on environmental conservation and protection. We run environmental clean up programmes such as the Project Aware Dive Against Debris Dive programme, kayaking mangrove clean ups and beach clean ups. We believe education in this is vital, which is why we offer a wide range of youth programs and CSR events. 

We hope to inspire and shine a light on the importance of protecting our underwater environment.

Al Mahara Diving Center is dedicated to train PADI professionals through our highly successful instructor development programs. We have a 100% passing rate. 

The Al Mahara’s management team comprises some of the most respected and experienced dive and kayak professionals in the industry. All our staff are well qualified to serve our customers.
